Creating maintenance requests has never been easier. River Wind offers a simple on-the-go solution for maintenance, right from your personal device. We use a Authorized Third Party who may be hired for service requests. Direct payment to the Authorized Third Party is expected upon completion of the service job.

Yes, but there is a no smoking policy in the rooms and we ask that smoking be limited to designated areas where cigarettes will be disposed of.
Yes, River Wind Apartments conducts a third-party screening that looks at credit history, rental history, and criminal background. The screening does not have specific credit score criteria but does flag items such as recent evictions, bankruptcies, felonies, and monies owed to previous landlords. In addition to the screening, we ask for proof of gross monthly income.
