We do require all pets to be registered with our community, and pet security deposit fees will apply. Pets are only allowed in designated areas and must be on leash at all times!

We generally welcome any pets you’d find at your local pet store to join you in your home. Any animals that aren’t cats or dogs need to stay in a cage or tank. Aquarium tanks over 50 gallons are prohibited, and non-domestic animals/reptiles are not allowed.

Are aggressive breeds accepted?

While we are a pet-friendly apartment community and love both our residents and resident pets, certain aggressive breeds, including mixed breeds, are restricted(not prohibited) at River Wind Apartments. Generally, we do not allow the following aggressive breeds/mixes at River Wind Apartments, including, but not limited to Akita, Alaskan Husky, Alaskan Malamute, American Bully, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Wolf Dog, Belgian Malinois, Bullmastiff, Cane Corso, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Pinscher, German Shepherd Dog, Husky, Japanese Fighting Dog, Malamute, Mastiff, Pitbull, Presa Mallorquin, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Stafford-shire Bull Terrier, Wolf Dog Mix, and/or any mix thereof.
