At our apartment community, we understand that issues can arise. We strive to do all we can to resolve maintenance issues quickly and efficiently for our valued tenants.

It is important to note that while we are able to address any issues that may have been pre-existing within the apartment, River Wind Apartments is not  liable to fix or repair any issues that may have been created or caused by residents while living at River Wind. 

If it wasn’t broken when you moved in, then you are liable to fix what you broke. Example: Punched a hole in a wall, broke a window, or poured a excessive amounts of grease down a sink and created a clog, etc.

If you are in need of maintenance services, we have provided below the contact information of a licensed professional that is authorized to work on our premises. If it was a pre-existing problem, the authorized third party will give us the bill.
